Refund Policy

At Asansol Junction, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.
  • Your order is cancelled before it is shipped.

All refund requests must be initiated within 1 days of receiving the product unless otherwise specified on the product page.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging, manuals, accessories, or invoice.
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
  • Digital products, software licenses, gift cards, or downloadable items (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

5. Order Cancellation Refund

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after shipment may not be eligible for a refund and may instead follow our Return Policy.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, such as an incorrect or damaged product.
  • If free shipping was offered, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or if you are charged twice for the same order:

  • Please contact our customer support with your payment details.
  • After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

8. Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be rejected if:

  • The returned product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • The product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Required documents or proof of purchase are not provided.
  • The return request is made after the applicable return period.
